我认为要有“实在”的表扬，空泛的表扬如“你真棒”并不适合于所有的学生，会给学生造成“我到底哪里真棒？”的疑惑，教师运用表扬要实事求是的，如学生回答一个问题后，教师就回答来说明学生哪里回答的好，鼓励学生再接再厉。表扬当然比惩罚要能够正面激励学生，因此我也是赞成多表扬的。

表扬要适度。对学生的优点应表扬，却要注意分寸，要适度。表杨一定要实事求是，合情合理。

小学生喜欢受表扬，爱听褒奖话，这是他们的心理特征，表扬的力量对学生具有神奇的激励作用。哪怕是老师的一个微笑、一句话语、一个眼神，都能给孩子们的精神以极大的激励！我们每一位老师在教学中，要多留心眼，多动脑筋，善于发现和欣赏学生的优点，多表扬学生，给学生以激励与鼓舞，给学生以肯定与赞许。

在教学中，教师应把自己定位为学生学习的服务者、组织者、促进者、启发者、帮助者、激励者，真正的把课堂还给学生，突出学生的主体地位，实现多元激励性评价
